High IgE Levels (8000) and Vortioxetine
I recently had my IgE levels tested, and they came back very high (8000). My psychiatrist prescribed Vortioxetine, a multimodal antidepressant. I've read that it may increase histamine levels. Given my high IgE, is it safe for me to take this medication? Could it worsen allergic reactions or cause other issues?

No, Vortioxetine does not have any direct effect on allergy or IgE levels. You can be allergic to Vortioxetine, but you will get to know that within first few doses itself.
