Recently, I traveled in ac bus and later return back to home the cough is not stopping from past 3 days, even i tried some cough syrup also, but nothing working, can anyone help me on this..

Hello, I am having wheezing problem only at night and only in winters. Sneezing, and running nose also. No problem in breathing. Taking half of montek lc makes it good. Please suggest something and why am I wheezing?

Dear sir, My father(age 71)' was diagnosed with ILD in 2021 post covid infection. Most probably covid aggravated the ILD. He is now on Nintedanib 100 bd, Serommune 500 bd, Medrol 4 mg OD since March 2024. His condition is more or less stable with less cough. Is it fine to include steroid for long term? Will there be any side effects? Any alternative to reduce or avoid steroid use? Is it true that ILD can also pass to next generation (familial ILD, per online reports)? Thank you for suggestions.
