Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been diagnosed with klebseilla pnuemonia lung infection. Foind out about it a month ago and have been taking medications. Wheezing stopped but now i have severe backpain while breathing and difficulty in swallowing. Are these due to the same infection?

What is the difference between akurit 4 and akurit 3 tablets ? Which is more heavier ?

Hi sir/Madam, My father is 69 years old. He is type 2 diabetic and ckd patient. He had fluid accumulation in lungs.. he is taking dytor tablets for it. Cough has started from past two days and lot of phlegm. Please suggest any  medicine or syrup for the cough

I am also Past MDR TB patient 2019 -2021 and take proper treatment and feeling good then my doctor close all medicine. And now few days coughing with blood morning and some time evening few amount > 20 ml

Can some experts take a look at my chest x-ray that I have attached and can tell me whether there is a prominent BVM shown in the x-ray or not. I have done my x-ray and that lab mentioned prominent BVM in both para cardiac lower zones. My chest physician said there is no BVM shown in the x-ray. Sir For 13 months I have been spitting at a  small quantity of blood occasionally  . But all my blood reports, chest x ray, ct chest and bronchoscopy and endoscopy normal. And also experienced fatigue and feverish symptoms occasionally in the morning .I was consulted so many doctors. But no doctor said  What was the reason.  Please advise doctor which test i have do .
