Just wanted to check if lungs looks okay. I have wet cough and sometimes it triggers badly while sleeping.

Dear sir, My father(age 71)' was diagnosed with ILD in 2021 post covid infection. Most probably covid aggravated the ILD. He is now on Nintedanib 100 bd, Serommune 500 bd, Medrol 4 mg OD since March 2024. His condition is more or less stable with less cough. Is it fine to include steroid for long term? Will there be any side effects? Any alternative to reduce or avoid steroid use? Is it true that ILD can also pass to next generation (familial ILD, per online reports)? Thank you for suggestions.

Hi doctors, My aunty is admitted in hospital and taking treatment for Interstitial lung diseases last stage and has breathing issue and she is on oxygen. Is it possible to cure this disease or will it become worse. I need a second opinion. Please confirm it. Thank you

My mother is taking Telma-H, Concor 2.5 mg and clopidorgel 75mg,from past 2 months, she is having asthma and taking foracort 0.5 mg respules and levolin 0.63 mg respules,she is having cough and phelgm and it is repeating,whether telma -h or concor 2.5 mg increase cough for asthma patients

Pain in lower middle throat since 8 days on touching ,coughing,sneezing and pain increasing in evening than morning. Ent Doctor suggested laryngitis and gave antibiotics,antihistamine,antacid,anti inflammatory for 5 days but no relief. What could be diagnosis and tests needed to verify?

A few days back in the morning I had a sharp pain in the right lung and the back and it was difficult to breathe and every position of laying and sitting was painful, for a moment my vision dimmed and my hearing got reduced also after laying for a bit they got restored but whenever I tried to take a deep breath or even a slight it hurt alot in the right lung .the pain lasted for about 30 minutes then it was fine but since then the lower part of right lung was in pain and the position of the paining area was continuously changing evey hour or so , first t reached the neck then the left part of right lung then the lower part then the right part and so on , however sometimes after taking medicines it gets better .
