Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, Sometimes I need to breath out heavily or forcefully as I am unable to breath normally. Also having difficulty in swallowing some food and feel difficulty while swallowing normally as well. Please help with medication and further course of action.

My IgE levels are high (8000). As per my doctor, which tests will most probably be recommended next? This will help predict the cost I’ve already done LFT, CBC, HIV, and RFT. Feno,PFT. I have attached Feno and pft And my blood tests are normal

Hii iam Vignesh DMD Patient my age is 24 I have palpitation problem for 4 years And 4 years i am using wysolone 10mg daily once so my liver was Effecting so dr told me to Tapper How means one day 10mg one day 5mg alternative days for 2 months So like this doing is can my Heart was any reaction? Like this doing is palpitation is Increase or what happen? But I today only Started one day 5mg one day 10mg Now I feel literally palpitation increasing feeling So I have to change the pattern of Tapper to withdraw more slowly

Iam DMD Patient ok iam taking wysolone 10mg once a daily for 4 years so my liver was Effecting ok So dr told me to Withdrawal one day 10mg and another day 5mg alternative days ok And dr gives me budamate 1mg morning and night ok Budamate 1mg taking in morning time I feel palpitation But Budamate 1mg taking at night time i feel normal only But before without withdrawaling wysolone 10mg i take Seroflo 250 two puff morning and night ok So budamate 1mg taking palpitation only in morning So can I take Seroflo 250 in morning budamate 1mg at night can I take like this?
