Chest & Breathing Problems

My doctor recommended a PFT test at a government hospital. I went to the technician, and she performed the PFT, then gave me an inhaler. After that, she told me to wait for a few minutes. However, she called me back earlier than expected after seeing my IgE report (which is 8,000). She then did a FeNO test before performing the post-inhaler PFT. I’m worried because she did the FeNO test after giving me the inhaler. Can FeNO be done after using an inhaler, or does it affect the results? Should the inhaler be taken before or after FeNO? For context: My IgE is 8,000 I have breathing issues I’ve attached my FeNO report

I did my ct scan, findings are showing centriboluar ground glass opecity and nodules. Focal plural tag noted Mainay bahut say doctor say consult Kiya sabnay bola normal infection hay. Tb test bhee mera normal hay. Please help mujhe cancer to nahi hoga na. Kuch samjh nahi aaraha, please help 🙏🙏

I have been feeling throat congestion for the last 2 weeks and am also having a dry cough. I feel a heavy cough when I am sleeping. My body is also feverish but has no high temperature. I also feel tired all the time. I am currently consulting a physician but no relief is there. Please suggest which doctor i should visit further, ENT or Pulmonary?

I need some advice. My sister has SLE, which I know is a genetically linked disease. I’ve been experiencing breathing problems, and my doctor prescribed Foracort 200 inhaler. However, I found out that it contains corticosteroids, and I’m really worried. My sister’s SLE was triggered by corticosteroid use, and while I understand that SLE is less common in men,  but wonder—could this inhaler increase my risk of developing it too? I've attached my reports, and I’m wondering if my concern is valid or if I’m overthinking it. Also, is there a possibility of using a non-steroidal inhaler instead, or is this the best option based on my condition? I am male,age 28. I m vishal thakur age 39 male I have done my 2 ct scan one 16 slice and one 4 slice both showed normal but in 16 slice ct scan it showed ground glass opacities in billaterla lower lobes is ground glass opacities is cancerous I sent my reports to many doctors and all advised it's normal kindly some one guide me I m in very tension.2nd scan is normal.
