Chest & Breathing Problems

Post infection Breathing Problem, my Doctor gave me corticosteroid inhealer (foracort) and my both legs started paining and feeling numbness in both legs,is there anything else ,that I can ask my Doctor To prescribe  as alternate too corticosteroid inhealer

I recently had a lung infection, so the Pulmonary Doctor recommended foracort inhaler steroid based,taking from the last 15 days,today I got done with a  urine routine today,It shows bacteria in Urine routine, Should I continue inhealer, stop until I meet my Doctor on Monday?

What does my chest X ray film show ? Kindly tell.

I had chest CT in January 2023 The report is attached. I also underwent chest X Ray in December 2024. Film is attached. And Also CT Coronary Angiogram which says normal coronaries. I have severe fatigue for last 1 week so shortness of breath. Though I get up from sleep with racing heartbeat and shortness of breath. Can I have lung malignancy and can CT Coronary Angiogram incidentally find lung tumors ?

Before COVID, I never had breathing problems. But after my COVID infection, I started experiencing difficulty breathing. I got multiple tests done: Eosinophils: Normal FeNO: Normal PFT (Pulmonary Function Test): Normal IgE: 8000 (But my IgE has been high since childhood) History: Always had a runny nose My doctor says my breathing issues are due to my high IgE, but I’m not sure. How can I confirm whether my IgE is causing my breathing issues or if something else is going on? Anyone with similar experiences or advice?

My IGE level is 2060 and i taking medicine for this Around my nose skin becomes very dry on my upper lip.

Dear Doctor, My father is 79 years old. After his afternoon nap and sometimes at night, but not when he is asleep, he has trouble breathing and makes a wheezing sound when he breathes. He is suffering a lot because of this problem. Could you please suggest some medicine or treatment for him?

If patient already has lung infection bacterial or viral? And taking foracort inhealer won't increase bacterial or viral infection instead of cure? Taking With antibiotic and paracetamol and Corticostreroid inhealer?
