Hello doctor,my father has been tested Covid positive around 35 days ago..Can we stay without O2 support when spo2% is fluctuating between 88 to 92.Does Spo2% increases with medicine and food? What kind of food can be taken to boost spo2% levels

Here is my mother's current ct scan report can anyone please let me known about her reports? Whether she is fine or not and she can take the vaccine or not?

My father suffering from tuberculosis... He is taking medicine... Rcinex 600, combutal 1000,his weight is 62 kg.I tested PT INR. HIS INR is increased. My doctor suggested KAPILINE INJECTION(vitamin K) for 5 day.. but kapiline injection is not available. Please suggest any substitute medicine

I have an asthama since long, I got recently vaccinated 1st dose. I have shortness of breath and when I feel it, I used to use inhaler.but I stoped after vaccinated on June 2nd. Can we use inhaler now( after vaccination)when I feel shortness of breath? I always use oximeter and it stands 94 always but not less than. I can smell and no fever, other symptoms except breathing issue..can this would be bcz of covid 19? Can I take RT-PCr or CT , not required? Please can someone advise..also what kind food prefered.

I had covid and qurratined myself for 15 days. As suggested by my friends took IGG antibodies for covid test. The result is positive and value is 1.57(< 1 is negative and > 1 is positive for covid antibodies) What does this test indicate ? I still have covid within me and need to extend my qurrantine or do i need to take any steps ? Note - I'm free from all symptoms after 10 days and feeling good now.

My father , already vaccinated , not having covid . he Is having problems with his throat since like 2-3 years . He is coughing almost every morning and evening . He feels itchy in his troat, with normal medications like antibiotics and cough syrup he starts getting well after stopping medications he cough again . Now a days he is feeling lil cheast pressure and mood swings . He was a smoker , Left in 2017 . But he still consume tobacco . I want to know what should be further steps . I am dealing with spitting problem from last 4 weeks , i feel urge to clear my throat frequently and it's not pure phlegm sometime it is phelgm but mostly it is saliva and i don't have any fever chills nose blockage and difficulty to breath etc When i wake up in morning my throat gets filled with phelgm which i have to clear and spit it mostly white sticky substance I consulted an ENT on practo because of curfew and corona it's becoming difficult to get to a doctor physically and he provisional diagnosis it sinusitis and post nasal drip and give me medication for five days and steam inhalation it improves things a little in day time but in morning my throat still gets filled with phelgm and sometimes I'm spitting saliva with something black or brown in it it is not fully brown or black it is  a little spek and i told him this and my condition is not getting normal ,  he told me to consult a respiratory physician I've clicked images of my spit with brown spek in it .

What is this in my saliva ? I'm having frequent spitting problem from last 4 weeks i get urge to clear my throat and in morning i wake up with my throat filled with phelgm or saliva which i have to clear . I spit more after drinking or eating something . I consulted a ent on practo he told it's sinusitis and post nasal drip , he gave my medication for five days and recommended steam inhalation my condition improves little in day time but in morning i still wake up with phelgm or saliva like this in my  throat which i have to clear . I don't have any fever nose blockage chills or breathing difficulty . After my condition not improved fully he told me to consult respiratory physician beacuse of this black or brown spek in my saliva . Most of time i spit clear saliva or clear white phelgm but some time this black speks are coming .

There is a mild increase in fibrotic opacities in the right lower zone since my previous X-ray is this a matter of concern as I'm not not having any medicine for the fibrosis (Had it for 2 weeks earlier).Thank you for your valuable feedbacks
