Pulmonary fibrosis
I had pleuritic chest pain on right side 6months ago...i consulted a pulmonologist and he adviced me to  a ct scan which came out as mild pulmonary fibrosis..i was prescribed montelukast and levocetrizine for 1 month...my serum ige is 582...now i am having pleuritic chest pain on another site...i want to know about the progression of pulmonary fibrosis...i am having ch urticaria for last 3 months...can fibrosis be slowed down by decreasing the serum ige level

Fibrosis and allergic / urticaria / serum ige are not connected . Also pleuritic chest pain. And fibrosis not connected . Need detailed history and proper evaluation of chest x ray . Need to see the films . Kindly consider for a consult for detailed discussion and treatment plan
