How long does pleuritic pain last?

I can't find this on google but yesterday i was laying down on my right side when suddenly i start having dull-sharp pain below my arm pit it was from below my armpit to right nipple atleast 9cms long and alittle wider.It didn't hurt when i touched it or rubbed it or normal breathing but whenever i tried taking a deeper breath that area hurt really bad.This lasted for 10mins atleast and stopped for more symptoms i have had chest pains for awhile now they can be dull or sharp they happen for a flash or few seconds they can happen anywhere but usually left side.Shortness of breath due to Anxiety is been a thing for me for months now can't breathe through my nose for more both my arms feel little heavy on random intervals i got ecgs,echos and stress tests all coming back normal an year ago but still pains got me another ecg and echo and came back normal.My question is can this be pleurisy?or is pleurisy or P.E constant?do they come and go?I had covaxin 2 days ago can this be the cause?
