Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello, i am a MDR TB patient, i have just completed my intensive phase treatment but my weight is not increasing, does it mean that the treatment is not working

Sir / mam i am have breathing problems from 5-6 years back  i have visited doctor regarding this i informed about my condition but they have prescribed me with ASTHALIN INHALER and MONTEWOK-LC TABLETS to continue i have been taking it for about 5-6 years and having this breathing problem when i am exposed to sudden climate change or cold temperatures and cold foods and have dust and pollution allergies including strong perfume and odours and i don't know it is ok to take covid vaccination and all so visited to vaccination center but doctor said me to ask my doctor for advice but i have Not able to vist him still I am under medication which they have prescribed so kindly suggest me about whether to take covid vaccination or not please help me

My uncle suffering for covid. Doctor suggested Bromhexane (IPCA COMPANY) syrup. So i need that syrup or tablets.

On without oxygen for at least 4 hour she maintained 87 to 90 on relaxing. But once she start walking her saturation goes down Upto 81-83 , however there is no panic or anxiety she felt but suddenly within 2 minutes of relaxation again her saturation reaches to 88 to 89 without oxygen.. Just wanted to share her actual story - she was feeling feverish with body aches on dated 16th April and post that v went for her CT scan test on dated 25th April wherein her score was 22 and v were struggling for her hospital admission and was getting rejections , however on dated 1st May she got admitted in hospital with 22 saturation level , hospital discharge summary has been shared with u , now request ur professional advise - Pls share ur contact details to connect directly Thanks and Regards Achal Sharma

My father was admitted in a hospital earlier due to covid,he is diabetes and bp patient, his chest ct value was 22/25 at that time, he was constantly on the oxygen support and was maintaing oxygen 96 at approx 5 litres ...but can not remove oxygen for a while...why oxygen drops so quickly when not on oxygen support.his oxygen drops to approx 50 within few minutes.what is the reason behind this.

Hi, my father has been tested corona +ve around 40days back. Still his oxygen saturation levels are fluctuating between 86 to 92.he's on 2L oxygen support at home. His saturation levels are fine (95 -97) with oxygen.He's not feeling any discomfort without oxygen too. But still do we need to put oxygen,how long we should continue like this? Till he reaches 96? Is it still life threatening if we don't put oxygen ? We met pulmnologist too and got chest X-ray done. He said it is fine. I m attaching his report. Can you please tell how much % he recovered? Please suggest

Yesterday I feel itching back side and now no itching feel in backside and today I feel itching in front chest side here I am photo attached spo 2 is normal after 11 minute walk test is 98 99  and there are no pain in any where while speedy walking can I necessary any medicine or it is gone timely just such a back side One more query my breath hold capacity 1 minute 25 second than oxygen drop 98 to 96 than come back normal when leave breath it is normal

Ho doctor, I have completed 4 month after covid. My first scan on day of covid showed ct score 12( lung involvement 30-40%). After two month, I repeated ct scan and it showed consolidating ct score 7. I am measuring my sp02 40 times in day due to anxiety and fear. It is coming around 97-98 mostlyI have few questions: 1. Do I still need ct scan? 2. Do i need to follow up with doctor again? Please suggest

Sir My oxygen value 98 to 99 after heavy walking or running My breath hold capacity between 1 minute 10 second to 1 minute 30 second when I hold my breath about 1minute 20 second than oxygen level down to 98 to 96 than release breath saturation again come 98 to 99 my query is this is normal

Hi doctor, I was infected and have recovered from covid by 8th May. Now I'm am having vaccination drive at my work place(covisheild vaccine). So can I go ahead to take the vaccine now or should I wait for 3 more months. Kindly provide your suggestion Regards, Pavithra
