Chest & Breathing Problems

I was diagnosed with covid on april 24th and got negative on may 22 . Today on june 23th i Still have mild  cough with phlegm(usually in the morning immediately after waking up) . I sometimes feel mild strain in my chest when i sit on a chair taking back support. One doctor prescribed me pulmoclear and other prescribed montek lc. What medication should i take to get rid of these post covid problems. Thanks.

Hi is Lupihaler and Rotahaler the same. I was taking Rotacap Airtech FB 400 with lupihaler. Now doctor has changed to Budacort 200. In tat medication they have given instructions to take only in Rotahaler or Revolizer. Pls advise if I can take new medication in lupihaler only

If I consume a blood thinner at night, and go for a blood d dimer test next day, will it come lower? Father had d dimer 1800 (the report was fishy as it came 5 days later, and sample was transported to another city). So my father, after consultation, consumed dabigatran 150. And next day went for a blood test again, it came out to be 200. He still continued blood thinner for 1 week and tested again, it was 210 My question is, is this low number due to dabigatran, or the first report can be discarded

Sometimes I feel pain just below the chest and above stomach in middle and I start feeling heaviness in breath. I have to forcefully breathe and there is constant heaviness in that area from last 2-3 days. I have tried exercises, acidity remedies but no use.
