Hello Doctor, This is regarding my mother. She is an asthamtic patient. She has COPD problem since last 12 uears and she takes levolin & maxiflow inhalers daily. I am quite concerned about the 3rd wave of corona for which there is a daily discussion we see in news channels. So as a precautionary step I want to purchase an oxygen concentrator machine. Also please suggest whether this is useful if she would use oxygen concentrator if she feels breathlessness due to asthma. Kindly suggest a good oxygen concentrator and how much should be ideal litre/min capacity.

My Mom Oxygen level value with oxygen apparatus 97 and without oxygen support 87 consistently for 3 days .. I just wanna know the values curable and low risk or anything needed with more treatment? They said CRP value decreased from 175 to 100 is it a improvement or how it could be ?

Father, aged 59, has high d dimer (1.82) He recovered from covid 47 days ago. Post discharge the d dimer was 0.5, now increased to 1.82. His WBCs also dropped from 10000 to 4000 in these 47 days. Please suggest any treatment or diagnosis. Also, is there anything serious?

My father has been prescribed for pirfinex 400 mg tds I have given him his 2 nd dose at 7pm Now should I miss his 3rd dose as gap of 6hrs is not possible

Oxygen level is 90+ on 2L.But when he sit or do any activity it goes to 55. Due to corona his CT score was 14/24 on 7 may 2021. And remedsiver injection has been given and he is recovery from corona but when oxygen support is removed he is having trouble in breathing. It has been one month when has been tested positive covid but still on oxygen support.Kindly let me know what is the exact issue he is facing. Still in hospital And on 28 may 2021 he had CT scan and score is 21/24. Pls advise on this
