How many times a day measure sp02
Hi doctor, It have been 6 months after covid recovery .. So now how many times should I keep measuring my spO2. My spo2 varies lots 97-98( never remain single value ?? Some time 97 remains constant for 30 second and sometimes 98. Which one should I consider ???

SpO2 more than 94, considered normal. If u already recovered, not necessary to check daily

Pl do not measure spo2,frequently. The disease is from China, and most of the oxygen meters are from China.it also depends on battery power. If there are no symptoms, need not measure spo2 frequently.
