I am 16 years old girl l don't know what happened to me when l speak l could not breathe properly l have to take 2,3 breaths in one sentence

Hello doctor, I am 17 week pregnant and have severe dry cough also some pollen allergy. My doctor suggested Alex Lozenges for dry cough. I want to confirm are they safe in pregnancy as on internet it shows not prescribed in pregnancy. Kindly clear my doubt.

When someone is sitting with me they notice sound from my nose is caming when i breathe but i didnot hear and didnot have any problem while breathing or any other and i never smoking even what is this plz guide me

Doctor, when my child was 1 year old, she had chronic cough and it got better after 3 months. From that time, breathing difficulty and mouth breathing started. The pediatrician confirmed adenoid. Now she is 3 years 5 months old; the adenoid has shrunk and sinus is mild, but still she is not sleeping well at night. Pediatrician and ENT doctor said there is no problem in the nose or lungs. They say it may be sleep apnea. Please give tips on how to make my child sleep well.

My wife got operated two weeks back for Gall stone & Umbilical Hernia repair. She is recovering well. Prior to the surgery, she also had allergic cough and breathlessness due to asthma and this had been going on for above 6 months. In fact, the Surgeon had asked for clearance from Pulmunologist before surgery. After the surgery being completed and during recovery, we are seeing the almost sudden end of Asthma or breathlessness. Earlier requirement of inhaler is drastically reduced. We are not noticing any changes in weather or change in any previous environments which could immediate relieve the asthma. Hence the query, is Gallstone related to Bronchitis in any way? We somehow believe that the Umbilical hernia got worse due to cough (initiated by asthma). Gall stones have been detected in earlier scans in 2022 but the size and gall bladder wall thickness seemed to have increased recently. We made a choice to opt for a dual surgery as a mode of treatment.

I have realized where ever I go aqi is above 150 in India so is it ok or long term effects will be there or I might have to go out of the country?
