I have urine burning sensation for the last 4 years along with low-grade fever. I had chest TB in the past.
I want to check for possible urinary TB. I am from Mumbai.
Which urine test is most accurate to detect early TB? (CBNAAT / GeneXpert?)

Early morning midurine sample in clean closed lid urine container would be good.. you can get tested for urine geneexpert, bact culture, urine r/m, also get a cxray and USG abdomen and USG kub done with post void scan too if possible
In Mumbai government hospital like kem hospital parel, sion hospital, nair hospital, jj hospital are good and cheaper options than private
