Chest & Breathing Problems

Had fever for half a day and body pains and headache for 2days continuously. And yesterday, Tested covid positive in my lab test at home, Now there are no heavy symptoms. She has encountered pneumonia 2 times in past. Pls can you provide diet chart and things to do everyday to avoid further complications.Please

My mother in 2012 got swelling in upper lip and treatment done in hyderabad dr taken biopsy along with chest CT scan and other test and treated with 9 months of medication all reports I have attached Now again from jan 2021 my mother facing the same problem swelling in lower lip and biopsy , ultrasound, x ray done and found Granulomatous Cheilitis for which 2 months medicine taken 1. Telekast L tab 2. Enzoflam 3. Dobact Dox kit Along with some injection in swelling area. but when we stopping medicine swelling again appears Mother have TB 10 years ago Do I go for Ct scan now or the treatment going on is enough please help

Sir On 19th i have a fever with 99 f. With little cough. As I have a plan to take covid test on 21st. But no fever from 20th evening. Any how I have taken octigen test and showed negative. There is no fever from 20th evening.no body pain. No other symtoms of covid except this cough. I have taken ascoril LS for the last 4days. No cough in the day time only in the night with disturb only 3 or 4 times. No continuously coughing. What can I do sir. Same problem occured  before covid arrival. My fever not exceeding 99. I am on pregabalin and amitriptline 10 mg from last 18 months , is it ok to take grillnctus cough syrup while on these medications

Hi, I had mild fever on Wednesday. Today is fourth day and I'm symptom free except productive cough which comes infrequently. Sometime back, suddenly I felt little difficult to breathe. My nose is still congested. My spo2 is 98-99. I am double vaxxed and already had covid in last year. This difficult to breathe is because of nasal congestion or pneumonia? Should I be worried?
