Chest & Breathing Problems

My wife is experiencing dry cough since birth. Seems like she is having chronic cough or something else. Please guide me what to do. Is c ray required and what are all the investigating that are necessary to prevent this sickness? Can't see her like this. No, there's no infection. If she had then problem would have been worst coz she's experiencing this very long time. Detailed answer is welcome.

I stay with my sister and her two kids and I am tested covid positive and my sister has tested negative. Do my sister and her kids need to go through antibiotics (Erythromycin) course which I have been prescribed by my doctor ( i had body pain and i was taking dolo-650 now I am exhibiting only sore throat) Thanks in advance.

I have been having Covid symptoms since morning. Have given RT PCR test... But started with medicines after consulting a doctor via Practo. Spo2 reading is varying from 93 to 97 in left index finger. While it's 97-99 in right index. Will the values differ between two fingers? What shall be the ideal range? When is this a cause of worry? My fever is currently 101' F.

My mother aged 77 COVID positive Saturday with mild cough but extreme tieredness. Saturation was above 95%. Doctors suggested to home isolate and prescribed Antiflu 75mg, doxy 100 mg with some vitamin c tabs for five days. She is under tb treatment frm 4 months with negative culture reports. But family doc suggested favipiravir to be given for COVID 19 home isolated patients. Any suggestions which is right?

I had been treated for carcinoma of kidney 2 years back by robotic nephrectomy. During the pet scan there was also detection of non fdg nodules on lung which are of size 10mm,8mm,12mm. I'm completely fit at present can walk ,run, trek and no weight loss or any other symptoms either. But I'm worried if the nodules are benignant or malignant so need consultation. Hey this is for my niece..she's 13years old...earlier in nov she was diagnosed with Thyphoid...so her treatment was done accordingly but with heavy doses of medication (incl. Malaria and dengue) as she was having fever that time too...now the thing is she's diagnosed with TB...so I'm looking for a good doctor of TB...she's too weak now to swallow medicines...and it really sickening to see her like this. Please reply asap.
