Chest & Breathing Problems

My mother was diagnosed with COVID positive with CT value of 20.She was double vaccinated with covisheid. Her first symptom was on 28th Jan (Friday Evening) with fever,severe headache and chills.since then the fever coming and going  till 101 (once 102 also). Yesterday she complined of loose motions but now everything is fine. She is having occasional productive cough but now it was cured The doctor prescribed these medicines: 1. Tab Doxycycline 100mg (10)    1———0——-1 2. Tab ABphyllin-N (10)     1——-0——-1 3. Tab Montair- LC (10)     1——-0——-1 4. Tab paracetamol (15)     1———1———1 5. Syp Ascoril-LS three times a day How many days the fever will continue???

Hello Doctor, I have issue regarding wake up at night and it happens 2 to 3 times in a month. During sleep I wake up suddenly feeling something is obstructing in throat for 2 to 3 seconds I start walk and feel normal with in 5 minutes. I have consulted with doctor and My chest x ray report, BP, Oxygen level and ecg reports are normal and don't have any issues like tiredness, breathless pain. Why it is happening at night during sleep and still I am facing this issue. Please advice. Thanks

I am experiencing hot Breath from past few months. Hot Breath which contains water vapour also! Please suggest me what to do.. (Tried practo consultation also but did not solve problem)

Hi, My wife was tested positive for covid with rt-pcr result showing 24 and she was quarantined for 10 days. After 10 days her test result is negative. I had little cold and nose blockage for 2-3 days and no other symptoms after that. I was under home quarantine for 10 days and my RT-PCR result is positive with CT value 33. Do i have to repeat the test after few more days. Please suggest how long should i stay under quarantine as currently I have no symptoms and no tiredness.

Hello I had viral infection along with fever about 10 days back. Doctor prescribed me antibiotic- Cefpodoxim proxetit and medication like dolo and montek lc etc. Although I have recovered from the infection completely but there still seems to be coughing all the time especially when I talk. There is no wet cough but only dry coughing. Please suggest me suitable remedy and medicine to get rid of coughing. Regards Prasanna kumar

My father is given sefrotil CV 200 2 times a day. So today he took one in the afternoon and one at night was it too early ? Will it cause any side effect? Next one he will take in the morning

My mother recently got covid 19 infection. There was acute respiratory distress and oxygen level was 85 @ 15 Liter oxygen. She was in ICU for 7 days on NIV. Viral pneumonia with CT score 13 out of 25 was there. CRP was 108 and Tocilizumab was given. Along with this steroids and remedisevir was also given with lot of other medicines. Now she has recovered and discharged from the hospital. Xray still showing the bilateral pulmonary fibrosis. Hence doctor prescribed Nintenanib. My mother has history of hypertension and heart rate usually remains 60-65. With antifibrotic Nintenanib it is increasing to 85. What should I do? Aspist covid complications could be there what precautions should we take to avoid that? Kindly help

I was postive of Thyphoid at O = 1:160 and H = 1:80 in Widal Test. On same day I was confirmed as Positive for Covid as Confirmative Positive. My question is "Is my condition is Risk ?" What should I do ?

I have childhood asthma and sinusitis issues  allergic triggers are dust, cold weather, cold food items ,smoke etc and symptoms is shortness of breath, runny nose etc which was treated, and around 21 years of age It has attacked and was treated with nebuliser at hospital and salbutamol, and it was on and off asthma which was gone away not much issues, when I am 31 years old  from 2020 pandemic I m facing issue of shortness of breath was on SEROFLO 250 advised by my relative I was using as rescue inhaler when I feel shortness of breath I used but not continuously , in 2022 jan I got attacked with COVID19 again my shortness of breath came back by relative suggestions I used SEROFLO 250 daily 6 times and methylpredisonl 2 nights, the shortness of breath was almost 16 days,WENT TO DOC GAVE MEDICATION BUT STILL  my issue is if I am using SEROFLO I FEEL SEVER DIZZINESS, HEART PALPITATIONS, NOT ABLE TO SLEEP, INSCREASE SHORTNESS OF BREATH, PAIN IN LEFT ARM, I am worried I have heart problems
