I am having bronchitis infection, I took vaccine while suffering from diseases. Is it ok because it's been 1 month and I am not seeing any relief

I did an x ray a year ago and had inhomogeneous lung opacity in right upper portion of lungs. After antibiotics treatment after a year again i checked its still although my doctor says its normal

My wife age 27 years is under treatment of MTB from govt hospital for last 6 momths as she was tested rimpfacin resistance after tuberculous pleural effusion. In her latest USG radiologist has given remark of Minimal septated pleural effusion with focal pleural thickening. Do I need to continue treatment or is it serious and I need to approach it differently.

The patient is on TB medication from one month. She is doing vomiting from 2 days continuously after eating or drinking any thing. But today she took TB medicine 2times and vomited it both the times immediately after taking the TB medicine. So please suggest can we skip todays TB medicine. And suggest for vomiting. Please help.
