Mild pulmonery arterial hypertension
Sir My wife consulted the eye surgeon for cataract operation. He asked to take ECG before operation. After seeing it he asked to take Ecko. In the Ecko all are normal no regional wall motion abnormality and normal kV sys function 65percent. But mild pulominary arterial hypertension RVSP 35 mmHg. What it means any treatment necessary. Kindly advise

Nothing to worry. Cataract surgery is only small surgery.it can be done.pulmonary Hypertension is mild,that indicates,pressure in the pulmonary arteries is slightly high.it may be due to many causes. You have to be evaluated. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
