Granulomatous Cheilitis
My mother in 2012 got swelling in upper lip and treatment done in hyderabad dr taken biopsy along with chest CT scan and other test and treated with 9 months of medication all reports I have attached Now again from jan 2021 my mother facing the same problem swelling in lower lip and biopsy , ultrasound, x ray done and found Granulomatous Cheilitis for which 2 months medicine taken 1. Telekast L tab 2. Enzoflam 3. Dobact Dox kit Along with some injection in swelling area. but when we stopping medicine swelling again appears Mother have TB 10 years ago Do I go for Ct scan now or the treatment going on is enough please help
