Chest & Breathing Problems

I suffered from Dry cough since 15 days..I consult pulmonalgist. He said its related to Asthama symptoms. . Is only dry cough is one of the Asthama symptoms...Incase is this true tell me which type of precautions I follow..let me know the do's n don'ts.

I have been awake for two days without a drop of sleep, no matter what i do, i can't sleep. I am suffering from insomnia and i feel fine surprisingly but my head hurts. This has been going on for a month. I could only catch 3-4 hours of sleep a day now it's gone.

So from past few days i am suffering from cold and cough first doctor give me some medicine not improved today he conducted some test like cbc crp and chest xray so xray findings i attached on it please tell me is any serious complication or just normal he give me 3 days medicine

Dear dr, 5 months ago one lung nodule measuring 3mmx2.5mm changes into 3mmx3.3mm size in 2nd scan. The length increases accroding to chatgpt(3.3-3) .3mm and width increases (3-2.5) .5 mm. Accroding to dr it's stable due to ct measurement variation, one dr said it grows . Which is right? Is the growth concerning? I am non smoker aged 34 years. The nodule is omin middle lobe

My ENT doctor has prescribed bilastine 40 mg empty stomach in the morning and bilastine -M in the evening for allergic sinusitis. Also nasal steroid Flutiday two puffs each twice a day , lubrinase nasal spray twice a day and MUCINAC-AB. Please clarify that so much bilastine ( 60mg) can be taken in a day. Also what is the use of Mucinac -AB in allergic sinusitis. Regards

Mother coughs specialy on taking spicy food. Had 2-3 drops of blood while coughing  in morning 2 times in period of 10 days . Her chest xray reads prominent bronchovascular markings in bilateral lung zones. Dosent have breathlessness while working. Oxygen Saturation is 96-99%. She dosent cough thru the day or night except ocassional. She is taking tazloc 20 and storvas 10. ENT doctor prescribed ceftum 500 and montek fx. But she has issue of bloating and acidity. Couldnt take the antibiotic as led to gas and vomitting. Tests of rheumatoid factor, ANA and ccp antibody were normal.

As I have been having perennial allergic rhinitis for almost 10 years now, I was talking montair-lc and duonase to manage the symptoms regularly. As my gynaec said those medicines are contra indicated, I had been to a pulmonologist. He ordered a PFT to look at lung function. He prescribed foracort and fluticasone inhalers as safe. I have been having a bit of chest pain and throat irritation after the PFT test. Is PFT safe in pregnancy?

Frequent coughs during night ,breathing 18 times for 30 seconds ,dr given inhaler... for emergency ... how to safeguard him and how to avoid further asthma attacks ... oxygen for 93 .. initially,after giving inhaler much better ,but how many days does inhaler needs to take ? Any exercises to be strong

Dry cough last 50 days X-Ray Chest (P. A. Erect View) • Soft tissues and bony cage appears normal. • Lungs parenchyma does not reveal any gross lesion. • Broncho-vascular markings are increased. • Cardiac shadow is within normal limits.

Past 4 days she is waking up to breathe while trying to sleep..no snoring (only when she lay on d back that to sometimes not always in past two months it happened twice only) can sleep a bit bec she takes amxiety medicine otherwise she remains awake whole night
