LUNG NODULE SIZE MEASUREMENT ISSUE
Dear dr, 5 months ago one lung nodule measuring 3mmx2.5mm changes into 3mmx3.3mm size in 2nd scan. The length increases accroding to chatgpt(3.3-3) .3mm and width increases (3-2.5) .5 mm. Accroding to dr it's stable due to ct measurement variation, one dr said it grows . Which is right? Is the growth concerning? I am non smoker aged 34 years. The nodule is omin middle lobe

Family history ? As of now u need to do ct scan to monitor it every 6 months to 1 year in the absence of symptoms If there are any symptoms then we need to go linear probe or radial ebus.
