Asthmatic or not

From childhood, when i woke up in morning i sneeze like 25-40 in a row.Have breathing problems whenever i do a hard physical exercise.Allergy from dust.Throat infections,cough&sneezing start every month.Doctors just give antibiotics and anti allergies everytime. Severe asthma since age 7

Unable to indulge myself in sports. Wheezing severely just minutes after sports. using seroflo 125 inhaler 6,7 times a day. Using since past 10 years. Very depressed due to this. Smoke, dust, physical activity, some foods triggers it. How to cure this? Advice me about food diet and life style to follow. Thank you

Difficulty in Breathing

I'm 30 yrs, M, 58 Kgs. For the past 1-2 weeks I'm having difficulty in breathing. I've to breathe very hard in order to get sufficient oxygen inside. This difficulty increases when I lie down to sleep. I pant a lot when I take 2 flights of stairs, which didn't use to happen earlier. Is this heart issue or lungs issue?
