Lung scan report

My father got his ct lung scan done yesterday . Report says. Subtle areas post inflammatory/infectious fibrosis in both upper lobes . Patchy air trapping in patenchyma bilaterally. And a small paraseptal bulla in left upper lobe. Could any doc please help me understand it. I n very worried since he is a smoker.

Smoking and weiggt gain!

Dear Sir, I am a habitual smoker, i smoke nearly 20 cigrates per day. I tried quiting many times but it seems it is not possible. So please suggest me any medecine, that can help me quit smoking.
