Iam having a breathing problem especially in night........ This occurs whenever season changes or there is cold. There is whistling sound while breathing........ This problem is from when I was 6-7years old....please provide me proper guidance

I find shortness of breath while climbing stairs or speaking or eating food, im 5.8 weight is 80 kg.

Weakness and chills.

"Pseudomonas aeruginosa"
I am suffering with "Pseudomonas aeruginosa". Is there a permanent treatment for this? Blood was coming out in sputum. Is anything serious? Can anyone tell me permanent treatment?
