Chest & Breathing Problems

Sir my father is surffering from pneumonia and he is admitted in max hospital and he is a EWS pateint and he was given treatment under the inter medicine not under a chest specialist because chest specialist ashish jain do not treat under EWS

I have gynecomastia problem since puberty. Can it be cured with medicine or surgery is the only option??? If I go for surgery, how much it will cost???

My name is Harish and my age is 36 years. I am suffering from severe chest pain . I did all my heart check ups done like ECG, 2D Echo and TMT, all came out to be negative. I am also getting frequent panic attacks which makes me to get heart palpitations. Please suggest me any medications. I was on anti inflammatory drugs for last 10 days, but no improvement is seen in my condition.

Having problem in breathing, wheezing and difficult in sleeping and having cough cold again and again.

From past 4 months I have this problem. It was the time I was about to write my tenth standard final exam and one morning when I woke up I started feeling very scared and i saw a difficulty in taking breath. But this thing continued and when I would be studying I could not breath properly. Then I thought it may be exam phobia but after I completed my exams in April 2016 I was still unable to breath properly. The other thing is I also start feeling a sort of scared along with this breathing problem. And if I run only a 20meters also I feel breathless and very much tired and overall I have dry cough since 2 months. Doctor please help me because I am not understanding what is the relation between breathing and this scared like thing which has continued right from my exam days. please help me.

From last 1 week I'm having cough(no cold). From last 3 days three or four times a day I get cough in way that stops my breath and it brings tears to my eyes, voice gets faded. Later a burp comes and throat gets better then everything gets normal. But those few seconds are hell for me. Consulted a physician, he gave me some antibiotics, then I tried steam, honey ginger, drank hot water but still problem is there. I smoke twice a day. My diet is healthy as I work out 6 days a week in gym. What should I do ?

My mother is having some infection in her Lungs. Sometimes blood is coming from her mouth. Her treatment is going on. and I have all her medical reports. I want to take a second opinion. TB symptoms observed in limbs, after so many test . allergic test, SGPT, SGOT tests also conducted. Initially Left eye got affected.

I am diagnosed with a possible relapse of TB during the treatment of pericardial effusion, previously was in lungs(pleural effusion)10 yrs ago . I have also been diagnosed with stone in gall bladder. But doctors have postponed the gall bladder operation due to diagnosis of TB saying that as the size of stone is large (9mm), it won't dislocate hence can be removed later. I have completed 3 months of treatment of TB during which I suffered severe side effects of the TB meds, such as, extreme Joint pain, severe itching, painful swelling in legs, hands and face, nausea,etc. Although joint pain have reduced after diagnosis of increased uric acid levels, painful swelling and nausea remains to be a problem. Also since last week I am also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes after findings of increased blood sugar levels. My problem is regarding my severe side effects and recent extreme vomiting accompanied by severe headaches in the morning. P.S. I am also diagnosed with Thyroid since last 10 yrs.
