Chest & Breathing Problems

I have done my pft test for my pre employment medical test but i don't know is it ok or not please verify the report attached and tell is it ok for my job selection or not🙏

Symptoms Sudden breath problem when sleeping I wake up  suddenly and distrubs sleep I have anxiety of health and fear of stroke cancer etc More burps from stomach Negative thoughts No snoring I have recently got diabetes Ecg is normal Bp is normal My weight is 98 kgs 26 yrs Once I got sleep I will sleep peacefully but more dreams in sleep Please say me what is the reason

Hi doctor I am from Karnataka nearby Bangalore From last week I suffered shortness of breath when falling asleep I googled it so it showed it's sleep apnea it's very serious condition so I am very worried My symptoms are Anxiety of health Suddenly wake with short of breath I have diabetes recently with 180 rbs I undergo ecg it's normal I have nasal congestion of one side from 1 years but not one side happens alternative If this is sleep apnea Any doctors from Bangalore come up with test costs and clinic charges so that I can visit to clinic

I have severe cold and cough, headache because of clogged nostrils. Phlegm in green color is coming out on coughing and cleaning nose. Please advice of nebulizer helps to relive and which medicine in nebulizer and dose. This will be of great help. Thanks!

Sometime i feel like a pinching pin 📍 pain in different parts of chest... Mostly on the left side chest area. i always feel fatigue and weak. i have been smoking since 2013. i am not a heavy smoker (avg 3-4 cig a day). my immunity is very weak. please suggest what kind of pain it is? should i need to visit a pulmonologist? or it is normal.

I was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis in july 2021 and completed my treatment on February 2022. But during this treatment I felt breathlessness and doctor said it is post tb asthma. Inhaler therapy is going on. Still Once a day I need inhaler. Do I have to take inhaler for rest of my life ?? Is there any other way to get back to my older life?

My father aged 56 has done PTCA(2021),CKD along with that pneumonia is there. Current reports are as follows: CRP:94 ,SGPT:17, urea:100,creatinine:6.5WBC:20200 albumin:3.1 Right now he is stable condition and doesn't require any oxygen support so without oxygen he is maintaining:90(spo2).Due to monetory issue we cant continue the treatment at hospital so can we continue the treatment at home with dr consultations,medicines and oxygen support.kindly provide suggestions.
