Chest & Breathing Problems

MY JO 1 antibody is positive but cpk is within normal limits and got ct scan chest in may it was also normal what should I do next Do I need repeated ct scan chest or blood work if Yes , then when ? Do I have myositis or inflammation in lungs currently or am I at risk ?

I was diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia with Tuberculosis since January '23. I have completed 6 months medicines courses for treatment of Tuberculosis as prescribed by doctor . Now I have been completely cured as declared by doctor based on last chest x ray showed very good resolution and other routine blood test showed all parameters are controlled. Now doctor said no restrictions is there and can lead normal life . May I have one question is that smoking is directly related for cause of TB. Though I am not chain smoker, but if I take one cigarette daily will be serious issues? . Because completely  quiting of smoking will create mental trauma that I realized . Please clear  the issues.

Im having pain from the past two days in the upper right side of the abdomen while taking deep breath sitting and standing I feel pain the pain was high when I touch yesterday I went to the dr he said I have a muscle pain nd gave diclo finec tube and one pain killer that is aceclofenac +paracetamol tablet I took today after taking that also I feel pain over the place I'm going urine and stool properly no problem in that can anyone suggest the X-ray for that what can be a correct issue as I have stuffy nose but mucus don't come and cough also from past 23 days even little bit of throat pain

Hello doctor I m from Chennai  two months back my father age 70 was  sick in evenings and diagnosed with ecoli bacteria in sputum test and he was given some antibiotics for a week and he recovered.now he s fine..this week we checked his blood sugar and CBC .Report was normal except the monocytes..there is elevation in monocytes in differential count.monocytes is 10.34 now..They are in native now ..we have to consult doctor for this elevated monocytes? Pls guide us

Hii dr my fev is 78 and fev1 is 79 ratio of both is coming 98% chest x ray is normal I am non smokar also non family history is this any serious condition as I feel sometime shortness of breath due to anxiety.

I took foracort 200 1 puff 2 times a day for 20 days for allergic cough . Know i am feeling better . How to stop foracort now i m feeling better and i am taking it 1 puff at night since 7 days . Please help.

The mainstem bronchi are normal Posterior Basal consolidations in B/L. lower lobe. Diffuse patchy pneumonitis in B/L lung, predominantly in upper zone . Ascending, arch, descending aorta and its branches, main pulmonary artery and its major branches, SVC and its tributaries show normal caliber and position. ⚫ Cardiac configuration is normal. No obvious mediastinal or hilar lymphadenopathy. . Moderate B/L. pleural effusion. Esophagus appears normal Visualized bony parts appeared normal.

I have tuberculosis but I have body itching worst and stomach pain and back side worst pain and little chest pain and feel very weak and low in both legs and Feel worst itching and headache
