Chest & Breathing Problems

I have one problem that I wake up from sleep for breath this happens multiple times in night What is this I am 5.9 feet with 95kgs I have nasal congestion daily from year but recently I am walking up for breath I have anexity I don't snore Please Dr say me what is this

My fathers age is 82. He is suffering from Parkinson's. Doctor suggested nebulize duolin twice and seroflo 250 rotahaler twice. Is nebuliser helpful for long term. Is it lowering blood pressure and increase tremor?

Hi, My uncle has Ground Glass Nodule in lungs with 5mm. Please find the CT scan reports. Currently he has cough from 15 days but not severe. It triggers only for some Foods. There is no breathing issue. Please advise
