Chest & Breathing Problems

Hello, My IgE level is January this year was 447 and this month when I checked its 1285 suddenly. I dont know the reason behind this but I've been going through this for a long time now. Does this have a permanent cure? What can be done to bring the levels down? P.S. I feel short of breath time and again but it gets better with seconds or minutes. Please help!!

I had one hrct thorax during second wave of covid and another hrct thorax recently. My second hrct thorax had to be done due to severe chest persisting since covid for last 2 years. That detected sternalis muscle on right side. My concern is - Can these 2 hrct thorax ever cause breast cancer in future ?

I have been a smoker for the last 5-6 years. But now I've decided to quit. It's been a week since I quit and going strong. Lately, I've started noticing mild dull discomfort when I take a deep breath, on the top left side of my back. It is not a constant pain, it comes and goes. I was wondering if it was something I should worry about.

My echo says I have mild tr with mild pah ...having breathlessness ,tachycardia and lightheadedness..ana profile is negative..what more tests should I do to find the cause doctor said my lungs are clear...sharing my 2d echo report also..thanks in advance for your reply doctor..

My brother (30 yrs old) has mild cough from a month. His esr is 25 and X-ray cbc reports are attached. He doesn't smoke. There's no shortness of breath. Kindly suggest what can it be. IgE is 14. X-ray report shows prominent bronchovascular markings. Rest is ok. Please suggest what can it be.

My wife has been coughing since last 7 days, as a precautionary measure, TB GOLD test has been done and the result came positive in IGRA Plasma test with a test value of 1.27. In addition to that, CRP is 38.16 as well. Can we conclude she is suffering from TB ?
