If wheezing is coming, this might be due to underlying asthma, consult a pulmonologist, inhalers might be needed but should be taken after a proper evaluation

Hi If your symptoms are controlled with montelukast and levocetrizine , better continue as advised by ent doctor Kindly consulta pulmonologist if you have wheezing
Next Steps
Pulmonary function tests needs to be done to rule out obstructive airway disease and based on the report will have to decide on the use of inhalers
Health Tips
Kindly do a baseline complete blood count and allergy panel test to foods and inhalation and modify your lifestyle and dietary habits
