Mild pah with mild tr
My echo says I have mild tr with mild pah ...having breathlessness ,tachycardia and lightheadedness..ana profile is negative..what more tests should I do to find the cause doctor said my lungs are clear...sharing my 2d echo report also..thanks in advance for your reply doctor..

You need a good Cardio Pulmonary work up,cause seems more of cardiac origin.though detailed history and evaluation is needed.kindly consult for detailed evaluation
