Mild TR with Mild PAH
Respected Sir/Madam, I recently went for 2D echo and came to know that I have Mild TR with Mild PAH. Other things are normal in Echo. TMT is also normal. My Doctor is saying that no need to worry as other things are fine in echo. But I'm really getting concerned thinking that what if it gets increased in future! So please tell, is there any procedure to reverse Mild PAH? Presently, I do not have any symptoms. Please guide me. Thank You.

In most cases, mild PAH and mild TR are considered normal variants and do not require any specific treatment. Just keep regular follow-ups with your doctor, especially if you have other health conditions (like lung disease, heart disease, or sleep apnea).
Next Steps
Stay active, maintain a healthy weight, and avoid smoking these habits help keep your heart and lungs healthy.
