Mild TR with Mild PAH
Can Mild PAH increase from Mild to moderate to severe? Apart from Mild TR and Mild PAH, everything is normal in Echo. TMT is also normal. Please render some insight.

There are many causes for mild PAH We have to evaluate to know the cause Can be pulmonary ,Cardiac or some vascular cause So if we treat the cause it should resolve and be under control In other cases your doctor might advice you some medicine
