Chest & Breathing Problems

Copd patient.                  cough                   deposit lungs no fever . No breathing trouble...

My cough resolved after urti cleared up a week ago. But since today ,I have been having a persistent cough along with breathlessness. I slept on a pillow which had mould on it.

Hi , I will smoke 1 or 2 cigrette daily from last 5 years . How to know current status of my lungs , what are blood test I need to take . Any tablets to clean my lungs 🫁.

My Brother is detected with TB, at Fortis.... He was admitted there for a week and discharged, So treatment has basically started 3 days ago. But He still sometimes in a day, suffers with high fever (101-102F), We give him dolo to reduce the fever besides the TB medicines that are prescribed by Fortis doctors... So till when it will persist ?? and is it normal to have fever ??

I have muscle pain in my chest from last 2 years, I don't know if it is due to smoking, sleeping upside down or due to my stomach pain or fat. When I press under my rib cage, I feel crackling. I feel pain between the lungs and stomach near the rib cage and it happens on both sides. Not very much but I can feel it. I had an VATs surgery in the past.
