Chest & Breathing Problems

Right pleural thickening came up during GCC medicals. I got xray done privately but there was no problem as per radiologist. One radiologist told you can get not scan done but nothing will come up. What could be causes and is it completely treatable.

From 1 month i am feeling breathlessness, doctors did pft found it normal,then they gave me rotacaps to inhale which i have been using for 10 days now.i have got significant relief by using but i wanted to know whether i will have to use that forever.Also my b12 level is 101

Last few days , I have heavy breathing problem.. mostly at night and morning...This become heavier if run or do small exercise.... I feel restless and exhausted as I don't find enough oxygen going into the body... When I cought I feel pain into chest. I have little bit of nose congestion also.
