Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been having heavy chest while breathing, i am 22 age female with hypothyroidism and little nose bone size big... lately since last year i am facing problem of breathing properly. continuous congestion in nose and chest pain and heavy chest then feel little dizzy.

Pan my thorth tension problem in Side Red Cross my body proper working do not and speed show Power and engery broblem .
