Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been having fever & headache also sudden shivering along with sweating . It's been happening past 5 days .. I have been taking crocin but guess it ain't working. Please suggest

And few days back I.e on 20th June 2017 he felt he again felt difficulty in breathing. I took him to the hospital. Doctor examined my brother and ruled out the chances of Asthma.
