Chest & Breathing Problems

My niece who is 11 years has been having breathing problems with severe cough with sputum production every now and then. She uses nebulizers, pills, and syrups get relief, but then again gets these symptoms. Her cough is severe at night. She is hypothyroid and is on levothyroxine 75 mcg, which is under better control. She gets lethargic easily with any kind of activity. She had been to many pediatricians at different hospitals in Dubai, but nobody is able to diagnose the actual problem. Some have told that she might have mild asthma, but nobody referred her to pulmonologist. Can it be bronchiolitis or asthma, acute respiratory distress, infectious process or does she needs lab evaluation such as CBC, blood gas, PFTs. Please suggest and your help is appreciated. Can she directly consult pulmonologist.

Who is the best cardiac doctor and pulmonologist in Hyderabad? We went to a doctor and he did a TEE and said there is hole in the heart but it's not related to the pain or breathing problems

Hi sir i am suffering from wheezing and cold last night and I take azitromizine 500 and serratiopeptidase with dicpofenac sodium tablet now wheezing is high Can i take methylprednisolone now for wheezing???

This has happened for a while, it does not always happen. When it happens it feels like i can not get enough air into my lungs.

Normally I don't have any problem but sometimes I just feel from last 3 days like shortness of breath. I don't know why suddenly it happened . Please suggest me what should I do for that..

I have been feeling uneasy over the past few months now, no chest pain but feel heavy at times in my chest, makes me restless while breathing, kind of panic attacks. After having food I get burps which brings the food into my throat. Acidity as well. The scariest part is I get a feeling of lowness on my chest and feel like my heart is getting weaker. Went through all tests but nothing has been seen. The doctor did mention that my pulse is a bit weaker and uneven at times. So it's more of pressure that I feel in my chest and Thorat which makes me feel uneasy and very restless.

I am TB patient having fluid in lungs and pain in chest due to fluid in lungs, some fluid removed previous by doctor and checked by doctor and resulted find TB by lab report.
