Chest & Breathing Problems

Breathing has become very difficult. Can't sleep properly as cough keeps on coming. Sometimes chest pain.

Is there any way we can take out phlegm inside the lung by manually...there is no active tb but scars are there...and my sputum is been always negative..only based on scars finding in X-ray they have been given me 9 to 10 times dots incomplete treatment. poor diet and high dosage.. for almost 10 to 15 years. I lost my digestion system...

Hi Good day. Can you please help me? I woke up imiddle of the night with dry mouth and chest tightness. I have difficulty in breathing and I feel like I need to force myself to breathe. No cough.
