Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi,while playing football i collided with my friend in the game.He is above 100 KGS & he fell on me,on my chest.That time i was blacked out & was not able to breathe properly for some time but was normal after that but there is pain on my right side of the chest & still there a bit & while breathing heavily.Would really appreciate any assistance.:)

I've been having cold (sometimes running nose and most of the times congestion in chest) for the past 3 to 4 months. I had taken antibiotics but not relieved much.

Facing throat infection, breathing problem while coughing since last 3-4 days, I was having fever last week

I've been getting sneezes when I wake up most of the days. Some days it is very much and runny nose too. Sometimes itchy nose in the middle of night which doesn't make me sleep comfortably . I have dust allergy.

I have been having chest pain around the sternum for a week now. It hurts when I breathe deeply or bend over forward or back. The pain also seems to be near the right lower back. The back and chest hurt when i stretch. There is also a tightness in the chest that is accompanied by pain when I move. Sudden movements also hurt. I smoke.

I am having difficulty in breathing from last one year. I did x-ray, 2d echo and blood tests. But everything was clear. Now I want know which type of doctor I should visit. Is it pulmonologist or ENT specialist. I stay in Pune .

Hello sir, I am facing difficult in breathing sometimes can you suggest me about this problem. As i face this problem while laughing and talking as well

It comes and goes, gets bad when laying down and I feel like I'm going to drowned when I'm laying down. It started off with a sore throat and then couple days later cold symptoms. It went away for a few days then came back and now I'm coughing up foamy white phlegm.

Can nasal polyps grow through out the entire nasal tract I feel to draw more and more air but no satisfaction feel like air not reaching lungs and fainting

Sudden heavy breathing and trouble in breathing just like asthmatic attack for duration of 5 minutes and it's happening since a month and now it has got severe and require medical attention.
