My breathing feels weird.
I've noticed that my breathing has been really strange for a few days. It started on Friday, which was the 4th of August. I ate something and it made me sick and I threw it up. The next day my breathing was weird. I don't really know how to describe it. I kind of feel short of breath and like its hard to take a deep breath in. I am very stressed.

Food aspiration
I was eating mashed potatoes when I aspirated a piece. I tried to cough but nothing came out. Then I got difficulty breathing, chest discomfort (more like numb feeling in the chest), severe coughing, and a bit numb face. Did I aspirate the food? If so, what should I do?
