Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been suffering from breathing problem . i can take short breath . and feels like a lot of mucus but dried in the lungs .

Sir i have little swelling on my chest. It is also called as mab boobs, so i want to remove that, so how can i remove that swelling by which exercise

I'm 17 years and I've been having chest pains for four days that started in my right side which has now shifted to my left side and I keep getting dizzy. It only happens when I stand up or when I'm working. Should I be worried?

From past 2 weeks I'm having sharp pain in my left chest. This happens when I sleep and turn to the sides or when I try to lift heavy object. I don't get any pain when I try to breath heavily.

I was eating when I felt I inhaled a piece. I tried to cough but nothing came out. I got difficulty breathing, chest pain and chest discomfort, a bit of numb face, coughing, loud breathing, and numb sensation in the chest and throat. I feel bit burning sensation in the stomach after the incident. Did I really inhaled food? If so, what should I do?

I have a cough problem last from 2-3 years I don't understand which specialist doctor gave me wright treatment. I'm confused where I go for wright treatment ENT specialist or chest physician.when I eat any food I got coughing and etching in my throat so many times I check from local doctor but my problem is not solve by treatment.
