Chest & Breathing Problems

Treatment is on since last 2 yrs but no solution. Doctors usually prescribe the same medicine with different name. No improvement, probably he needs customised medicine. Can someone help

Last 4 days suffering from cough and slight running nose, sputum is not coming out inspire of coughing more. Whole night this is the problem. Given nebulization once a day. And using ascoril cough syrup twice daily. No wheeling sounds age 80+ . He had brain stroke in the month of March 2017. Now recovered. Under medication. Not able to walk proper

I have breathing problems whenever I m stressed. I fave great difficulty and need to try 3-4 times to breath. After sometime it automatically gets heeled. Now again I m facing the same problem. Consulted many doctors but no use.

Unable to sleep at night due to shortness of breath recently I consulted a pulmonologist he prescribed me so. Even tests like ecg cbp and pft and chest x-ray  tests I have done those tests and everything was normal in that tests so doctor advised me to take following tablets like Montair fx nexito plus and esemaprazole daily one tablet for one month.... After using these tablet for a month I felt better..... After 2 the same symptoms persists again again I consulted the doctor he asked me to continue Montair fx tablet regularly at night.... Please solve my problem

I went to the doctor today and was diagnosed with asthmatic bronchitis and given an inhaler. I took 4 puffs in stead of 2, and then 3 puffs about 4 hours later, and then 2 puffs about 4 hours later. I am experiencing fast heart rate, sweating, and dry mouth. Did I overdose? My heart rate has been slowly decreasing and is less than 90 beats per min

My TSH is 5 norma: 4.68. Maybe due to TSH i am suffering from High BP all other causes like sodium lvl ,cholesterol lvl is normal.Except this MPV and PDW is little high MPV : 11.4(Normal 6-11) PDW: 21.3(normal 11-18) and RDW SD : 46 (Normal 35-45). My BP is 150/90.problem is when my bp gets high i feel breathing problem. What may b the rsn behind?
