I been having problems with my nose I can't breath through it, it's been over or close to a year. I've gone to the DR and a clinic and they all tell me to use nasal spray but it doesn't help at all I even got a shot on my bottom when I went to the hospital. Allergy related to defaecation?

I feel breathless at night sometimes since 1 year and doc said it is allergic asthma. So I was on medication for 1 month. My ques is when I wake up in night due to breathelessnezz...
