Chest & Breathing Problems

I've been having chest pain for 2 days now, the pain is in the chest area and i also have pain in my shoulder and back. the pain itself is quite discreet more like a discomfort! A small pressure. My body temperature seems to be all over the place hot than cold.

I drank 100 ml of petrol yesterday and im feeling like im having chest congestion.plz respond what to do

Shortness in breething and reports  like ecg blood pressure lungs are normal what problm plz tell dr.

I'm 20 female. myself and few other was effected from a girl with tb l. I was tested a few months ago with a prick test and came out positive but clear on the x ray. I was the only one out off all of them not to get bloods done. do we get checked again in a few months? I have been feeling tight around my chest and heart palpations. weak and tired and lost weight but comes and goes.

I'm in the military and got stationed in Germany about a year and a half ago. I've always been good at running and have never had any problems with running. In August of last year I started getting a sharp chest pain while running, it first started about 3 miles into a run and now I can't ruun more than a 1/2 mile without pain. I was given an inhaler and it helped for a few runs but now it has no effect. I'm 22 years old.
