Chest & Breathing Problems

I've been having tight chest pains, almost a suffocating/drowning feeling in my lungs. When I cough the pain increases, making breathing more difficult.

Sir my father is diagnosed for gastrointestinal problem.It is get to know that he has ulcer during diagnosis and also Hb is low.For low Hb he went through capsule video endoscopy and Bone marrow test, these test are normal.
