Chest & Breathing Problems

I have been experiencing extreme chest pain and occasionally coughing up blood (clots?). I think the pain and cough (aggresive) gets worse when I lay down but is still bad on a normal day. I also get extreme dizziness and sometimes lose feeling in my legs. I am a wrestler and have been cutting some weight but nothing crazy for a while. I also broke my rib a few weeks ago and had it reinjured while wrestling a couple days ago.

For the last year or so, I've been experiencing random "attacks" of chest pain. It feels sort of like a cramp in my left lung and hurts very badly. It's a dull achy pain if I hold still but if I move too quickly or take a deep or sudden breath, it feels like something is ripping my chest apart. For a while it only happened every couple months but lately it's been happening more often, with a really bad "attack" and then over the next month or so some less painful ones.

Before 7 months to I am very struggle s with heavy breathing problam, Soo want meet best doctor, already I uses breathing tablets. But present that problam was very high,Soo I want meet the doctor... Plss... Sujest me the right medicine
