Unable to breathe normally

For last two weeks, I am unable to breathe normally (couple of times a day). I need to be sticked to my inhaler more these days. Usually, it happens once a month during heavy food or exercise, but I feel it's worsening last two weeks. I never smoke! Any suggestions from you on the reason and medications?
