Constant cough

Hi, I have been coughing for almost 1 year. At first I was suspected of tuberculosis and I have been tested negative. Even after that my cough doesn't stop and lately I start coughing up worm like sputum. The cough gets worst at dawn and I start coughing nonstop until my chest and stomach starts aching and there is a wheezing sound.

Right sided chest pain/pain on breathing

For the past 3-4 days I have had pain in the right side of my chest. It’s worse on inspiration, coughing and movement, and slightly tender to touch. I have a slight dry cough but no other symptoms of a cold. I don’t feel short of breath but I have been struggling to catch my breath a bit when walking but I think that’s due to pain.
