Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi Dr. i am suffuring from many years ago still now from cough, all the day and night i am coughing and mostly suffuring from shortness of breath.

Please describe what is the first test written as booking an appointment for same for home collection and not being able to find the name. the 2nd one is clear and means complete blood count

I have short ness of breath Night times and I can breath with mouth sometimes

My father has right side plural effusion for 2 months. CT scan show no TB, No malignancy, says infection most likely. He had heart attack in 2010. No improvement in condition, biopsy advised but heart EF is low at 25% Please advise.

I am suffering from cough and cold and also have much pain in my lungs and heart last 1months

My left lung was having a fluid which was effused out by the doctor. The test on the liquid showed negative results during culture. Lymphocytes were present in the fluid. My ecg and echo are normal. I have hepatomegaly. My hb is at 13. Currently I am suffering with cough which has not decreased even after the liquid is profused out and doctor has put me on antibiotics.

Breathing heavily after doing any physical activity but returns to normal when at rest. Has asthma problem during winters

Can I use foracort 200 inhaler instead of fullform 200 rotacaps?I am 18 years old and I am using fullform 200 for 2 years

Have very strong dust allergy feels very and easiness when go out in dust for a few minutes also I use to take regular pumps for the same issue but which gives me relief for a very short time initially I used to take once in a week or maybe 10 days now the frequency The frequency is increased and I need to take very often particularly in this winter season and the main thing is that it's growing day by day need some immediate remedy for the same please reply Thanks

Hello, I've been suffering from cold and cough for the last 2 weeks. I took Cheston cold and Grilinctus-BM. I have temporary relief but it hasn't been cured completely. I had a slight blood in the flem today. Please suggest the medication. Thank you !
