Chest & Breathing Problems

My 1yr old son facing recurrent respiratory issues cold cough wheezing from last 4months on and off with 2 or 3 days gap. Consulted pediatrician they advised continuous nebulizations and I followed same but not cured. can you please advise whom I have to contact for this pediatrician again or pediatricic pulmonolozist?

Can I take Video consultation for two persons at a time who are in different place from me and available in different number

I was diagnosed with pneumonia during September after the treatment...body has become weak frequently there is a throat pain ... slight chest tightness and dry cough ...these symptoms are coming every 7to 10 days...i am taking besvil trio 100 od and livolin for 3times a day and anti allergy medicine...then also why symptoms are coming??? Can anyone guide

I went for a swim in a public pool one day.  A week later, I got a cough. The worst cough of my life. I would cough 24×7 and very intensely. It transmitted to everyone in my family. I had to drink 10 to 15 bottles of cough syrup. After coughing for a month, I coughed up trace amounts of blood one day. Went to a pulmonologist and he did a CT scan.  Doctor said it wasn't TB or Pneumonia but upper respiratory tract infection and prescribed  medicine which were antibiotics, blood clotting agents etc, it took me another 1.5  months to get rid of the cough. All in all cough stayed for like 2 months. But it's been 5 months or so since the cough started and I still feel chest pain. And not just chest pain, it feels as if the pain is coming from inside the lungs. I don't have any other symptoms. Sometimes when I try to breathe deep it hurts, sometimes my chest hurts upon pressing. And now there is no cough or blood. What's wrong? Costochondritis or Pleurisy? Do I get chest x-ray or Sputum test?

Hi I do have high BP and take medicines. It's under control with medicines. I do measure the BP once in a few weeks at home just to check.  Whenever I check my BP, it also shows my pulse rate and it's always higher. Around 100-120. Then I will sit down for a while and keep checking it for a few minutes. It will show up 100-110.  Never goes down below 100. I asked my doctor about this during my visits and he said it's ok. During my visits, they do check vitals and pulse rate will be around 90-100.  They were never concerned about it at all. I am 40 years old and obese.  Does this pulse rate normal or need to be checked out? Do I need to sit down for sometime before checking the pulse rate? I just simply stand and check it sometimes with pulse meter.

I have been having breathing problems almost every day since 2023. Sometimes my chest feels tight and I feel like I can’t get enough air. My heart beats fast when this happens. It becomes worse in cold weather or when I cry or get anxious, but it can also happen without any clear reason. I don’t usually have wheezing, but I feel a lump in my throat sometimes and drinking water can make it worse. Calming down helps a bit. I also get coughing at night sometimes. There is no big mucus, no frequent allergies, and no family history of asthma that I know of. This breathing issue sometimes forces me to stop activities. I have never been checked by a doctor for it before.

I have cough from 1 month But slowly gets better but not completely reduced Now if I cough my breath not come back I m very much struggling to breathe White colour plum also come No fever but weakness, body aches I am not sure what am I doing Please proscribe medication for me Thank you
