Cancer Care and Treatment

I had diagnosed with Myeloid Sarcoma and completed Induction(1 cycle) and HiDac (3 cycle)chemotherapy. After 2 months, Observed rash on body and boil on several body parts. Did scene biopsy and got the reports. Pls help me in understanding attached report and brief up treatment plan.

From last 5 years I m having a tingling sensation in calf muscle & feet. It happens mostly throughout the day.

I am a smoker. Wanted to know the general tests I should do periodically to ensure I am not suffering from any serious ailments

He is facing the cancer problem with 4th stage from last one year. Initially he faced the elbow pain problem, then we went to hospital and they identified as stage 4 Cancer primary lung. Radiotherapy completed and we have rejected chemotherapy due to his weakness. Now from last 20 days he is not able to talk and drink.

He visited doctor in advanced stage. completed 7 Khemos and 35 radiation sitting by Nov -2016 end. After 45 days doctor suggested PET and MRI scan which shows tumor ( though greatly reduced) in the Left Hard plate. What is the course of action we need to follow now? the treating doctor initially suggested surgery but now says 3 months khemos and then surgery.
